All sales are final without exception. With e-liquids, taste is subjective, therefore e-liquids that have been opened and/or used cannot be exchanged for another flavor or returned.
Defective items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information. Our 14-Day warranty applies to goods damaged* in transit and/or manufacturing defects ONLY. For any returns after 14 days, you will have to contact your designated account representative for review.
Once return is approved, shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you need assistance with shipping an item back, please contact your designated account representative for review. Upon receipt of a return, our Returns Department will inspect and test every product. If found defective, we will issue a credit memo or replacement depending on the requested resolution of the customer. If a replacement is not available, Vapetasia, LLC. reserves the right to issue a credit.
Note: Prompt shipment of return item(s) is required: Once your return has been authorized you will have 1 week to deliver or ship the items to our returns department. If the Return request products are not shipped or delivered with-in a week of authorization it will result in rejection of the claim and claim will be closed.
All returns are subject to case by case exceptions; a 25% restocking fee may apply. Please contact us if you are having a problem with a product purchased from Vapetasia, LLC. and we will do our best to assist you.
